today’s family menu:
1. veg stew with ebi (dried shrimps)
We are using Bengkoang, carrots, and siamese pumpkin ( ?? kinda weird translating it into English, it’s labu siam anyways! )
2. seaweed edamame salad
We are using sea salt for the extra kick here.
3. honey braised japanese tofu
Gold-medow honey (more of the runny honey) and sesame seeds are used here. We also added tempe.
